Gluten Free cupcakes and Sprinkles, icing…. No so bad!

Gluten free and artificial dye free birthday! 8 oz chocolate, 1/2 cup melted coconut oil melted together. 6 eggs in blender with 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp salt -blend 30 seconds. Put some cooled chocolate mixture into blender to temper then mix and then add the rest. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda. Blend 30 sec. Let sit 3 min and put into cupcake cups 3/4 full. Bake 17 min at 350! Yum!! I used a choco dream spread!

The topping cream isn’t super healthy but is ok in a pinch.
